I had a lovely stay at Bel Air Collection Cancun, enjoying the beautiful beach and the infinity pool. The rooms showed signs of age but were clean and offered a stunning view. The dining options were limited, yet the food was quite tasty, especially at the Sushi restaurant. The staff was exceptional, providing attentive service that made my experience enjoyable despite some noise in the area during the evenings.

The food was delicious with plenty of options, though I did face minor challenges with hot water in the afternoons. The pool area was refreshing and the overall atmosphere was perfect for relaxation.
